This Is Not The End

Once I smiled just to hide the pain.

Once I laughed to drown out the shame.

Once I ran to avoid the loss.

Once I hid to avoid love at all cost.

Today it hurts but I will not hide.

Today I will no longer wonder "why?"

Today is just today and life will move on.

Today I will smile for what is now gone.

Today I will laugh for the good times to hang on.

Today I will run to feel ~ once again

Life is for living and this is not the end.

There will be more times to laugh.

Another day to smile.

Another time to dance.

Another road to travel.

Life is meant to be lived. Pain is meant to be felt. Heartache will heal.

Tomorrow will come fast enough.
