 Underwater

I love these two paintings. The Pink flower below I almost threw away. I thought it had too much texture, too much pink, and then it began to dry and the different pinks began to pop. The Underwater painting above is what my eyes see. Creatures floating, swimming around a dark sea. Do you see what I do?

Coffee and Camping

Coffee Camper had a great time tonight at the Aero Teardrop event in Willsonville.

She was looking festive, serving Hot beverages, and meeting all sorts of great 

adventurers! 

The Coffee Camper ~ the day will wait

I love coffee. 

I enjoy sitting down on the couch, in the morning, with a hot, steaming, fresh, cup of coffee.

I enjoy the aroma that a fresh brewed pot of coffee fills the living space with. 

I like to cuddle with my puppies and watch the world begin to wake.

Like, when one is out camping. 

Just take it all in. 

Wipe the dew off of your favorite camping chair.

Watch the sun rise, hear the birds argue amongst themselves.

Maybe catch a glimpse of squirrels stealing last nights discards.

A hot cup of coffee in hand, out in the wilderness, and the world moves slower.

That's what I like about sitting and appreciating a cup of coffee.

For just a little while...everything moves at a pace I can keep up with.

Enjoy that first cup.

The day will wait.
